Acceptable Use Policy

To protect users, payment partners, and platform safety, IMGVID.ai may not be used for illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, violent, hateful, or adult-oriented content.

1. Prohibited adult and NSFW content

• Do not generate, upload, process, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexual gratification content in prompts, images, videos, or references.
• Do not create content involving nudity, exposed genitals, sexual acts, fetish content, adult-video styles, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation through euphemisms, innuendo, roleplay framing, or similar evasion techniques.

2. Other prohibited uses

• Violence, gore, self-harm, extremism, hate, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or privacy violations.
• Impersonation of real people, brands, or institutions in misleading or deceptive content.
• Uploads or generations that clearly infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other legal rights.

3. Moderation and enforcement

We apply automated content safety checks to prompts and generation requests. Requests that are identified as risky, flagged, or denied will not proceed to generation. Repeated violations or attempts to evade moderation may result in refusal of service, feature restrictions, or account termination.
